Mica tapes for rotating machines

Description: This is two ply mica tapes with polyester film on one side.

Available: In width > 10mm.

Standard core ID: 25, 55mm and any other ID is available on request.

Standard Length : 200m, any other length supplied on request.

Insulation class: F

Application: Insulation of rectangular copper conductor of low and high voltage machine this tape is suitable for high speed taping on conductor using suitable taping machine.

Description: Resin rich mica tape  is flexible, plastic and sticky at elevated temperature with high resin content available in B stage for resin rich system. Whereas Resin poor mica tape is fully dry and C stage tape with low resin content and used in VPI systems.

Type: Resin rich mica tape with high resin content available with uncalcined muscovite mica and calcined muscovite mica in B stage(Semi-cured) with & without interleave polyethylene film.

Resin poor mica tape with low resin content available with uncalcined and Calcined muscovite mica paper in C stage. This tape is fully dry and this tape is also available with and without accelerator.
